Daniel is a qualified Diesel Mechanic and experienced operations leader with nearly 30 years’ experience across the mining, heavy equipment and machinery industries.

Throughout his career, Daniel has held senior operational, service, product support and management roles across Australia, Canada and South Africa. His extensive background spans underground and open-pit mining, heavy equipment maintenance, planning, logistics and aftermarket support, giving him a strong understanding of both technical operations and customer requirements.

As Operations Manager at Popey’s Diesel Services, Daniel combines his hands-on technical experience with strong leadership and commercial expertise. With a focus on safety, continuous improvement and developing high-performing teams, he is committed to improving operational efficiency, supporting customers and helping drive the continued growth and success of Popey’s Diesel Services.
